Condo 2 person seated sofa, love seat or bench

Dear OW, It would be nice to be able to sit on a sofa or love seat or bench next to another AVI like we can on Electric Avenue or Beat Street.

Could this be a possible condo item in the future please.

  that would be a cool idea but i thought there was something like that already but i guess im wrong but u support your idea :)
