I think OurWorld needs to add a new Marketplace category called "Wishlist." This category would show all the items available in the Marketplace that are in your Wishlist. That way, people (like me) can easily go to that category to see whether any of our Wishlist items are available rather than having to search them up one-by-one every day until somebody finally puts one of our desired items up. This feature would make my life so much easier.
